Have you ever noticed how some people just seem to be supremely organized and on top of their game? I can be that person when I have to be, but if truth be told, I'd like to be there more often! I read an article about time management that really struck a chord - it focused on the importance of Quality vs Quantity. Meaning that you're most productive in short intensive 1 to 3 hour spurts. Ring a bell? And, for most of us, our best work (i.e., thinking) is done when we're away from work doing mundane things like commuting or working out.
