Deliberate!

What's your word for 2022? Although what the year ahead holds is uncertain – I am more ready than ever before to embrace the fresh, new year with great hopes!  My word for 2021 is DELIBERATE. 

If you haven't chosen your word yet, it's not too late ... it's never to late to press the reset button.  Here's a great exercise to help you choose your word:

HOW TO CHOOSE A WORD OF THE YEAR

1. Choose 1 to 5 words that really speak to how you want your year to feel. Nouns, verbs, anything works - just words that feel good to you.
2. Review them all and narrow it down to the one that you know in your heart you need more of.
3. That's it. I would love to hear the word you come up with!

Let's kick off the year with the belief that better days are coming, anything is possible and the knowledge that we are each here to receive the blessings.
