Are you getting your 8 glasses (8 ounces each) of water per day? Me neither. To be perfectly honest with you, I don’t know if I ever will . . . But, I am getting A LOT more water daily by using our NEWPeace, Love & Happiness water bottles. They hold 32 ounces, so if I can get myself through one of these a day I’ve had at least half of the daily suggested amount (who cares if it’s first thing in the morning during my workout!?!). Not bad, right? And if you’re like me, I always find it easier to do what the doctor ordered if the products I’m using make me smile.
