Just checking in to see how you're doing. We're well in to what has become our new normal. Some days I'm just fine. Other days, I'm tired and overwhelmed at the enormity of change that's happened in such a short time span. On those days, I take a deep breath and remind myself:
I have a roof over my head
I ate today
I have a good heart
I wish good for others
I have clean water
Someone cares for me
I strive to be better
I have clean clothes
I have a dream
I am breathing
Just thought I'd share this today in case you too are still having those moments of overwhelm.
