Did you know that in addition to all the prettiness you see on effiespaper.com, I also create private label product for small businesses? In addition, I work with entrepreneurs and small businesses to help them create their own brand identities. When I started effie’s paper almost 5 years ago and didn’t know anything about graphic design (other than what I liked!); at the time, it never occurred to me that some where down the line people might be interested in hiring me to help them bring their visions to life.
As many of you know, I am lawyer by training and now I am a self-taught graphic designer. I’ve taken courses, hired tutors, watched hours of videos and learned from friends and my girls. If nothing else all those years of practicing law taught me to be resourceful; if I don’t know how to do it, I know how to figure out how to get it done!
