We love the Holidays and all the delicious treats that come with it! Check out this five minute healthy gingerbread latte recipe we found on Pinterest. It’s the perfect healthy alternative to a holiday favorite!
1 cup (240mL) nonfat milk
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp molasses
4 drops vanilla crème stevia
¾ cup (180mL) extra strong coffee
1. Combine the milk, ginger, molasses, and stevia in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly with a whisk, until the mixture begins to simmer. Whisk the mixture until it becomes frothy.
2. Add the coffee to a large mug, and pour the milk mixture on top.
