It’s Spring and that means it’s time to buy flowers and get our garden planted. We spent a little time (ok, a lot of time) at our favorite garden center, Kent Greenhouse and Garden, in Kent, CT choosing plants and our color scheme for this year. Then we spent the rest of the afternoon getting everything planted and watered. It didn’t seem like we’d bought a lot until we got home and had to get all of those suckers planted!

It’s always fun when friends come to visit! It’s even more fun when they bring pink bubbly!! We had a lovely holiday weekend filled with friends, laughter, dancing (you know – the whip/the nay-nay/the wobble), bbq-ing and lots of the bubbly stuff. It was a great way celebrate and remember those who served our country and died for our freedom.
