Do you set daily intentions? My friend Rachel does and after reading her blog post on her habit of "Morning Pages", I'm thinking I might need to add this concept to my morning routine. In essence, she takes a few minutes each morning to set the tone for her day by writing down:
An Affirmation;
Daily Goals;
What She's Grateful For; and
Who She's Sending Happiness To/Praying For
It's a short and sweet exercise, but a great way to start the day. I'm definitely going to give Morning Pages a try - what about you? And yes, I'm using our Live Life Notebook for mine. 😉
