  • ORIGIN – All of our products are designed in New York City; some are produced in the US and others outside of the US.
  • PAPER QUALITY — All of our cards are printed on 100 lb or 110lb natural white paper.
  • NOTE CARD SIZE — The note card size is indicated for each product listing.
  • PRE ORDER — If an item is Pre Order it will ship when indicated in the listing.
  • ORDER TURNAROUND — Please use the following time-table to compute the average length of time from order placement and receipt:
    Processing: Please allow 3-6 business days for all orders.
    Shipping: We ship all merchandise via the US Postal Service unless another shipping method is chosen at checkout. We will contact you via email on the day that your order is shipped. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE SHIP ORDERS ON TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS.
    Please expect your to arrive within 2-3 business days thereafter. 
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.  If items are returned to us, you will have to pay for shipping a second time in order for your items to be sent back out to your correct address.  New product will NOT be shipped until we receive the package that could not be delivered. Once an item is shipped the shipping address cannot be changed.
  • If an item is lost in the mail and cannot be or has not been delivered, a new order must be made. Effie’s Paper is not responsible for any items after they leave our facility. If an item is lost in transit or cannot be delivered, the buyer must contact the shipping company to resolve any shipping issues and/or file any claims with that shipping company so the item can arrive safely to them. Once it leaves our facility we cannot be responsible for any item that is not delivered because once we hand it to the carrier, it is out of our hands and shipped to the address that was provided at checkout.
  • Maximum Turnaround Time: The total maximum turnaround time is 6 – 16 business days. It is possible that it will not take the maximum time indicated, but please be aware that it might. If you need to have your order expedited we may be able to do so for an additional fee, please send us an email at orders@effiespaper.com  and we will do what we can to make it happen.
  • RETURNS ­– All sales are FINAL. Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Please submit a photo showing the damage as well as your order number to: orders@effiespaper.com and we will get back to you shortly!
  • ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT — Effie’s Paper accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover & PayPal payments. Please be assured that your transaction is processed via a secure connection.

WHAT IS ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION? HOW DO I USE IT? Route protects lost, stolen, or damaged packages at an affordable price. Add Route to your cart at checkout for peace of mind in the event of a lost or damaged package. If something happens to your package in transit after it is shipped from our facility, you can file a claim with Route to have your purchase be refunded or replaced. (Effie's Paper does not receive revenue from adding Route to your cart; we offer it as a service to our customers.)

If you purchased Route shipping protection and would like to utilize it, please look for the email they sent you when you placed your order and follow the instructions provided. You can also begin a claims process by visiting their website here. Please note that package protection is subject to Route's terms, conditions, and definitions.

  • I love working on special custom projects for clients.  They are so much fun and provide creative challenges that I truly enjoy.  If you are interested in a special project such as a wedding invitation suite, private label product, branding for your small business, please head on over to EP Creative Design Studio by clicking here.   • TURNAROUND TIME –  Turn around time for the design can be anywhere from 1-3 weeks.  This is in addition to production and shipping time.
  • DESIGN FEE – There is a Design Fee is based on an hourly rate standard in the industry. The Design Fee is in addition to the product and shipping fees.
  • REORDERS – There will be no additional Design Fee for reorders of the same design.
  • CURRENT DESIGNS –  If you would like to make changes to one of my current designs, there will be a small fee that will be determined by the type of changes requested.
  • HOW TO REQUEST  A CUSTOM DESIGN – Just shoot me an email at kalyn@effiespaper.com and we can get started!


  • PRIVACY — Your information is collected strictly for the purpose of completing your order. It will never be shared with any third party. We keep your contact information for purposes of our mailing list and informing you of upcoming promotions, however, we do not retain any credit card information once your transaction is complete.
